As long as you got the email from gov planet, showing you purchased the item, you can get your truck...the 97 will be mailed to you in 30 days or so.

I've dealt with them when I bought my 5 ton BMY several years ago. Just goto the main entrance, show the guards the paperwork, they will do the background and fingerprint check, then call the person. Then they will give you directions.
