Not sure it came off of donor truck which is a 79 dodge w200
I seen a video of a guy with a power steering kit the box looks like mine but it looks like he mounted it on its side wondering if I can turn mine 1/4 turn on it’s side and get better wheel clearance since mine will rub on full right lock with tires over 33” tall

The box mounted on the side with pitman arm pointing straight down is a reverse rotation gear box . It is a much better design than the box you are currently using . Dodge moved away from the reverse box in about 75-76 . The parts are out there , just getting tough to locate . My Power Wagon has the reverse rotation box on it , it is a much advanced design for strength and stress on steering linkage with the larger tires . Google Dodge Reverse Rotation Steering Box , lots of good info to read .
