The fla The flap was bent and did not seal. It probably did take some water that way since all it has done in SW PA is rain lately. I took a hammer to it and straightened it out and it seals against the top of the unit now. Any suggestions on my next move will be greatly appreciated.

I just got it running. The flapper over the exhaust was bent and I think it may of gotten in that way. I straightened the flapper out so it sets flush against the top of the unit. Should I just drain the oil and replace the filter and try running it keeping an eye on the oil?

I have recently purchased an Mep-802a. It has water in the oil. Any suggestions? Thanks for all the suggestions. It turns out the water did get in through the exhaust. after changing the oil a few times it is back to crystal clear.
