Built this today. Got a 5000 lb adjustable weld on trailer jack from harbor freight for 79$. Talked to a couple members on here for height etc. this one is adjustable from around 24”-60”.
Welded on 2x4 box steel and drilled hole for pin. I’ll let you know how it works.
trying to get everything I need together for a big project. Mog is at my ranch a distance away from civilization.
Can anyone tell me the bolt size on the loader that you remove to take the loader off? The two on the bottom where it attaches to the mount.
Want to make sure I have what I need...
my brother had two... a SEE and HMMH. he sold the HMMH with 88 miles on it in IMMACULATE condition for around 34k. he sold me the 419 for 10k. had around 90 miles on it after rebuild in 2000. hour meter shows less than 100. liteally, almost mint condition, everything worked, until mice got...
i had an eerily similary problem. there was a blockage in the fuel line where it exited the sediment filter. something had dislodged and blocked the fuel line. it was providing enough fuel to idle but would die out in just a matter of minutes. i ended up bypassing all the fuel lines before...
I actually just did this hoping that would fix it after I read someone else did the same. No luck. I replaced every fuse and cleaned with a wire brush in the terminals.
With all of ya'lls help, i've fixed a lot of issues lately so thank you! air pressure release valve replaced this week, fuel delivery issue solved, etc.
My next issue is BLINKERS and HORN.
1. blinker switch doesn't do squat. when i hit hazards on, they blink SUPER fast (like 5 times a...
ok everyone, i got it all fixed. i wanted to report back in case this helps everyone.
Background is all above... this weekend i did the following:
1. replaced lift pump. no improvement.
2. replace EVERY crush washer on every line. no improvement.
3. pressurized tank. no...
He has the correct tools and line to replace the hard lines and connect them properly to the banjo fittings. But that’s about it. I don’t think it’s a line to be honest
Already tried that. No luck. And ether isn’t the best thing for a high compression engine anyways. But I did use it to diagnose that it’s a fuel issue lol. With ether it will start right up and immediately die.
Oh phew! Just ordered one! Will hopefully swap and test next weekend. Someone just told me about a 3rd bleed screw on the side of the actual injection pump. Even posted pics from the manual about it. Gonna try to bleed it there also
Oh shoot you meant that pump. The 1500$ one lol. I would hope it would not be that. This engine has less than 30 hours on the clock. I would think it would be something nose simple than that
