Disregard below. I just looked and you have the other one...
I installed one in my 5 ton, thread is HERE.
I've definitely enjoyed mine, it wasn't too hard to install.
Word of advice, the step bit that comes with it did not make it through drilling the hole for my camera. Use your own...
I guess you're never "done"....
I bought these accessories from the same guy I bought the field radio Bluetooth speaker from... adds a little pizazz and modern convenience, while maintaing the military look.
First was the dual 3.0 24v USB charger.
I decided this was a great place for it...
I won't volunteer anyone else, but if you hit a snag, feel free to message me.
Congrats on your new to you deuce and remember, it's big, but at the end of the day it's a truck. Electrics are electrics, hydraulics are hydraulics and bolts and nuts are just bolts and nuts.

Check coolant/oil
Check the freeze...

I was researching hard tops for it recently (just wandering across the web, no intent to change it any time soon" and came across the hard top offered by Boyce, and my first...
Oh, if you have any type of accessories to your truck (I have spotlights etc) and want to keep your batteries hot without burning fuel, invest in one of these:
It's a bit pricey, but it has saved my butt more than once.
I modified mine to where I could "unplug" it and store it rather than...
I use my 5 ton for camping, and has been mentioned, air circulation is a must to avoid condensation inside unless you have a good mosquito net/bug barrier.
I also invested in an inflatable air mattress and made a "mosquito net" out of sheer curtains. $40.00 solar LED light kit from Amazon takes...
I was gonna say... if you have a "C" turbo, there will be absolutely NO DOUBT in your mind... be cause your mind quits working after about 30 minutes of driving it! 😅😆😁
I was stationed there in the early 90s and bought a 1968 VW bus....
Well, it was a VW Bus shaped hunk of rust.... but it was only $250.00 and mostly ran....
