If I were to replace my 3 speed with a 4 speed I personally would go with a built 700R4 as it is a mechanical transmission and not have to worry about electronics at all. When built the old 700R4 can easily handle the HMMWVs power.

Thank you. Only issue with mahogany is it darkens over time and after like 5 or 6 years outside they need a freshening. I'm just going to pull them, sand them and relinseed them. But no deterioration at all.

Yes the last ten and more so the last five and I would love to vent on other nonsense these days but thus is not the right venue. It suffices to say things are getting truly weird with our government as of late.

Those are extra cheap chicom trash that should never be used. Change out the glow plugs with Wellman plugs. Only way to go with the HMMWV. Sorry you wasted your time with junk. Hopefully the old ones come out easy and use copper never seize on the threads.
