I made this too. You can literally produce any font. That HMMWV is 27 inches long. AM GENERAL letters are four inches tall. You can go up to 12 inches. The US AIRFORCE letters are 12 inches on my jet. You can cut a stencil for paint or a decal

Make your own. I use a machine called a Silhouette Cameo. Cost around $400 and you can cut just about any font decal or stencil. I use Orocal 651 outdoor vinyl for the material. It last forever. Here are some of my projects.

I used a wood chisel to get under the foam and worked it with my hand to remove the foam. It came up fairly easy. In the rear corners I had to tap the chisel with a hammer as I didn’t have enough leverage. Cleaned the remaining foam residue off with a wire wheel on my die grinder, wiped it...
