I found a company that maybe can build a Torsen differential for rear and front axles. The only thing is that minimum is 10 lockers. I need 2 of them for front and rear axle.

Regarding to a company I know it's not a big problem making a arb locker for our axles. Problem is the first investment to take to create the first locker.

There are 2 types of wheel valves, for 4x4 and for 6x6. They have diffrent part numbers and max pressure. But the QRV should be the same on all LMTV models. What happen if you don't use the hwy mode, but the xc mode? Is the system more stable than?

There shoud be a line between PCU and front bumper. It's used to depres the entire system quickly and is connection the the control valve of the PCU. Got a truck where that line was not free and system was not depressed fast enough.

Do you hear the PCU valves working? Maybe somone change wheel valves and put 70psi instead of 85psi wheel valves on the front axle?

Solution with bottle jack worked perfect!
Thank to all, now I need only get of the stuck oil drain screw from the hub cover.. With a lmtv you don't need a woman, every day a new task, never annoying :-)
