ANY good quality 24 volt pump will do. (If it is a good lift pump). My GMC 135 has a quite reasonably priced diesel/petrol in line fuel pump fitted to the bulkhead in the engine compartment. Works just fine, And with a seperate hidden operating switch It is also an 'Anti theft' device.

Sorry, But there no such an adapter, Or cable. I do have the female adapters, but they are for joining two lengths of the two pin U.S. jumper cable.

I have those on all my trucks...I simply use a 20 foot NATO Tank jump cable and push the Single PIN U.K/NATO to 2 pin U.S. into one end which goes INTO anything American and the other single end ( of the cable ) goes into the British/NATO single pin socket. The most expensive part is the 20...
