I probably have a good used one. Its the whole transmission body harness you will need to replace or splice in the damaged area. Is the connector on the tcase damaged also?
It could. Do you have hub oil in your banjo bolts. You can take each line to hub off the qr valves and individually pressurize with a compressor look for leaks. Ive seen alot of the elbow fittings at the hub input crack. Old air lines get small holes.
He could have missed a ground somewhere putting it all back together. Does everything else power up? It could be anything when it happened after taking stuff apart. I would start at the batteries work my way to the cutoff solenoid then to the lbcd making sure you have 12 and 24 volts then up to...
There is a catch screen on the line from t case to scav pump. Take the line off the t case then you can unscrew the catch and see if any debris. If your t case bearing failed there will be bits of it there. It sounds like you dont have fluid pressure in the trans for some reason. Maybe bad...
Maybe pump issue not moving fluid. There are two filters. Common allison part nothing fancy. Take your old ones out open them up see whats in there. If you somehow had enough stuff in your fluid to clog both filters im thinking there are other issues going on
The individual valves unscrew and then you can remove the restrictor and clean it. See if that helps. The cab can fall with the valve removed if its up.
Bad batteries will cause an over charge situation the alternator dosnt get the load it wants to see. Sometimes you can rotate the batteries it will work temporarily
You can use generic auto parts store throttle springs. They are only part of the return the pedal is half of it. You cab try getting lube into the cable I have sprayed wd and used some light air pressure in the boot to push it thru
Its a t case rebuild at minimum and have someone go into the trans see if any materials made it in there too. You can drop the pan pack look right up into the trans
