those transmissions come from the local scrap yard. And they look like take outs not new transmissions. I have to look in my other manual tomorrow see if it has the higher serial ranges. Even if it’s compatible I would not install that trans.

On a hot day with plastic spoon tool you can get the windshield out. Dont cut the seal its reuseable. Its a pressure fit like an old vw. You can use silicone spray to help. You use a string to work it back in. Most auto glass shops know how to do it.

Sometimes the expello valve bottom of the air dryer can get stuck open. On the lmtv you take the elbow off and push the valve closed. If this is the case the dryer needs replacement

If you dont have 24v at the front regulator terminal the alt will just spin and not charge. Jump 24v to the front regulator terminal see if the leds light up and it starts to charge.
