You're missing the point, no one signed the EUC since it wasn't required at the time of surplus sale, and the demil code was changed years after the vehicle was bought, sold, scraped and/or exported.
One wrecker I bought without a EUC is now somewhere in Africa. There are a couple of large...
Got the email wanting EUCs for trucks I bought in Jan 2015 !! That's over 2 years ago! One was scrapped and the engine/trans and axles were shipped to Vietnam by the scrapper. I can't sign an EUC now for a truck that was mostly exported 2 years ago.
Having one pop off that allowed the forward rear axle to rotate and rip the air brake lines while traveling (but not for long), I appreciate your information.!
That does look like a nice upgrade.
I figured that I'd come and stay until 10PM as a day visitor anyway, then leave the park for other accommodations for the night.
Then I saw Tim's offer and called him and it looks like I can share his site. :naner: That's why its always nice to have good friends :-D Thanks Tim!!!
Looks like I can't camp at Bayou Segnette. They require a 2 night minimum and I can only stay one night. I'll have to forgo the evening camaraderie and just meet y'all in the morning. :(
Which road is the park gate to meet at - Lapalco Blvd or on Drake Rd at Westbank Expwy?
Here are a couple of my posts from way-back. GP has replaced GL and is marginally better with surplus truck descriptions.

Good luck on your repairs and travels! By the time you get it home, you will have learned more about your truck than you would have known by just reading. Breakdowns make an ordinary trip into an adventure :driver::-D
Welcome to the madness!!
I'm about an hour north of you with a bunch of different trucks and parts. You're welcome to visit and check out the different versions in person. I just sold my extra M923, but do have a M923A2 available. Also have some M931s and M105 trailers if you want to bob one...
CTIS is a great idea if it works. I actually don't know if it works in any of my trucks, since the first thing I do is unplug it, then check the tire pressures manually. With the areas I drive (probably 95% pavement), I also really don't need it.
With that shelter, there is a lot of storage space in the void in front and behind of the wheel wells on both sides. You could mount panels like side tail gates that could be lowered to be used as a kitchen counter on one side with the stove, dutch ovens, other kitchen equipment stored in the...
Juan, I know it was a small parade, but couldn't you have at least knocked some of the algae off, or covered it with more Mardi Gras decorations? :-D
Amazing how fast that stuff grows on everything here. Truck is looking good!
The M101 makes a great camper, as I used at last year's rally (Gosh, I wish I could make it this year!). You can see the my cot raised on 4 - 2x4 and 1 - 2x2 boards 19" long, to allow the cot legs to clear the wheel well and set up flush to the side of the trailer. This gives much more room in...
