Hello Gents. Im having an issue with this breaker in a mep 009b. I have already taken off the contactor close mechanism thats sits on top amd openned the units. The issue is that it will not stay in the closed position even after manually operating it. Any suggestions.

Howdy. I just took out my pump to get it rebuilt and the bushing that on the throttle linkage came apart. Anyone know where to get another. Here is the pic.
Since you already have it apart, check you heating elements in the intake manifold. There is a post where a unit had a bad S1 or k18 relay and the elements stayed on and probably melted. A piece might have made it in and done damage.
Howdy folks. Im in a bit of a bind and need some pics of the wiring to s3 and the breaker contactor. My 007b was messed with and does not work properly.
Ive got a similar problem. My relay will cycle constantly. It burned my original gpc and when i swapped it out for a new modern gpc it still does the same cycle. Im sure my gp are already bad sin it seems this goes one when driving and my warm light no longer turns on.
If/when you removed the fuel pumps, always leave one installed. This leaves the rack in the correct position and makes them easier to reinstall. If you took all 4 out then you may find it easier to put a bore cam to see the slots align and then put in the pumps.
The one i have looks like it took a solid blow and it has about a 10" weld scar across the bottom. I was just looking for something to carry more oil and keep it cooler. Im going to look at the hmmwv 6.2l oil pan. thanks for the sugestions.
