Does the Parker valve spool have plungers that you can manually push in on the ends? If so try pushing those to see if you get movement in the ram. I think I see the safety brace up? Don't want ya getting squashed.
That rim needs to be serviced by a 18 wheeler truck tire shop. They won’t have that size tube on hand either. Suggest you bring new tubes with you for them to install. Takes about 10 minutes per tire.
The TP sensor is simply a rheostat that increases or decreases voltage based on how far you have the pedal pressed. That voltage is what the computer reads to judge when you want shifts to happen. Right now it’s thinking you want max power high rpm shifts as it is not reading correctly...

Did you insulate the positive terminal very well that leads to the (not present) frame mount battery? It cannot just dangle.
I think you are figuring out that the battery connections need to be perfect at all times.
