    Softer Springs

Armada spring, cepek adjustable shocks, remove runflats and balance. Do the math on spring rate/ride height/gvwr. Don't forget an alignment. I think the Armada springs are long enough for either perch. They do require cutting on the welded perches. I have done all except cepek shocks. The...

What wheels are on your humvee?

12 bolt wheels, trail worthy fab rock rings, pvc inserts, ctis guards(no ctis), balanced. When I wear out the MT OZ I might try the MTR's.

Fan stays on when I floor it.

I'm only familiar with 3 speed.

Fan stays on when I floor it.

Does your vehicle downshift when you put to floor. If not there is a switch on the throttle linkage under hood to check. I think it also tells the fan to shutoff temporarily.

Poll - What Directional Switch do you have?

I just removed non canceling lever and replaced with the latest canceling one(your item c i think, attached with screws). I love it. It is much easier to use than the 1st gen one. Much less effort for lane changes and auto cancelling on turns is one less thing to worry with.

    700R4 transmission in a HMMWV

I was inspecting the dual pole switch I ordered. It looks like one side is normally open and another normally closed. I'm assuming normally closed is for brake light. Im hoping normally open is correct for trans lockup. Meaning the presence of 12v causes the tc to lock and the absence of 12v...

    New manual start box install

And now that I think about it... Since you have a manual box why not get a switch with glow option like a tractor: https://www.amazon.com/POLLAK-Professional-Replacement-P31-527-4-Position/dp/B07TCPTTZ6/ref=psdc_15734421_t2_B07RM5SH9S

    New manual start box install

I agree. However my personal experience has been poor with keyed ignition. I had 2 switches fail and went back to stock switch. My advise would be to buy a high quality part.

    Is voltage regulator bad?

That symptom still points to a bad regulator.

    Is voltage regulator bad?

You said with batteries charged 22volts? That seems low. As suggested start with the exciter wire, if it has voltage save yourself the trouble and get a 100.00 replacement. You can swap with the alternator still installed. It is a common failure. You can visually inspect the brushes with the...

Where did you get the glow plug indicator light. I have the same box from camo and now "wait" doesn't seem appropriate.

    700R4 transmission in a HMMWV

I understand now, the gauge is only for monitoring. Not necessary for normal operation.

    700R4 transmission in a HMMWV

Odd. They did not mention a temp gauge. Here my list from Bowtie.
