the ph616-6 is the same size generally as the smaller units. I have a tractor and had to move the air dryer and notch the center frame support just a hair but other than that it is the largest hoist you can reasonably fit
It is actually super nice to let you know if you have a tire leaking that you would otherwise not see or know. If you have 5 solid lights the controller is fried. Anything else the controller is salvageable and probably just a bad signal from the pressure transducer.
Grab you a ph616-6 hoist kit and these hinges because IMO they are better quality and higher strength. That is what I am running on my m931a2 with a lmtv bed on it. I am running a pto and winch kit instead of the hydraulic pump but the electric pump should do fine...
I use a 3 in one gloshift dial style boost gauge with a digital egt reading and digital engine temp reading. Mounted on the A pillar on eye level. The new model of gloshift gauges can change color depending on the amount of heat you are producing so you dont have to glance over as much you can...
I dont think that air filter will flow enough cfm of air to keep the egt down on that 8.3. Im running a m915 air filter and finally stopped being restricted and had to cut the air filter housing apart to be able to fit it.
@Elijah95 will tell you that running green coolant is a death sentence to your cooling system rather than running an extended life coolant. The green stuff will cause major cavitation issues with the liners and the block and will eat away the liners until they have holes in them. Running hose...
Unfortunately they are a factory of under inspected abused trucks that have lipstick on a turd. That is why I encourage people to buy trucks from other venders that actually take very close attention to their product and are proud to drive it. Myself when I flip a truck actually daily drives it...
You can get a wet kit or winch kit for your truck or use a electric over hydraulic pump. If you want a winch anyway I would just get a complete take off winch kit. They probably wont supply you wit the pto but Eriks surplus or C&C cant remember have the cheapest new pto kits for your truck...
In the Allison software there is a target downshift point on the wtec III. If you have the software you can access the tcm and tell it to go to 2nd but that is only the target downshift gear. It will try to shift to that gear as fast as possible. Problem in the mtvr is the c12 will overspeed...
