Yea an extra light nice to have. Picked this one up at the Ga. rally and it has magnetic base. I have not installed a cig lighter receptacle in my 915 yet. Also thought about changing the end to match theout let on the 915 like Wes said was there. Plenty of cord so I do not think it would matter...
Yea I like your A4's too. I was put up for adopted once and you have the chance to adopt me again so I can drive our trucks.
Also the only thing I added and I do not know if it was required was the sticker. The green one I mounted just because it was OD and I found it in another truck. Yes I...
Myself when I had a Deuce and did the brake adjustment I would take off the nuts on the lower adjuster. Then coat the threads of the stud with never size and put the nuts back on. This can be done anytime with everything together ( wheel - drum on, brakes assembled ) or if you have everything...
Yea I was thinking 809 series that let a little girl fart out after shut down. The CTIS one sounds like the fart that needs your shorts changed. Very different.
Well since I would bet the air dryer needs a complete service top to bottom was hoping you would just buy a rebuild kit. Then while you are in there then you can check the check valve. The pool water is fine just jump in and sometimes cutting corners will bite you later.
You can do it. You did the main fuel and did not break the stud so now you do the head. Also I pm you as I deleted your number so call me back when you can talk.
Well if we have removed the timing cover ( some call it the shut down cover) and the fuel control is moving free and clear. It is going to 7 o clock could be something simple. I have never seen it but if the shut down cover and the linkage that pulls back the fuel control unit assembly was not...
Also the head over flow valve needs to open up some when at high Idle ( almost full rpm ) and that would cause the restriction. Know you said you checked it but any problem with restriction starts with the over flow valve.
Yea we talked about a restriction in the over flow valve or somewhere in the return line going back to the tank. Still believe removing the return line off tank and watch it with in tank running and then with truck running. I know you said you did all the fuel feed and return in Synflex. Is...
Yea that one sounds like a governor fart.
Just to add if anyone cares it was in a article I was reading some time ago. Something about a check valve in the air dryer under the in coming compressor line or it could even be under the fitting of out going line depending on make of dryer. You have...
Give me a call when you can. Also with the valve out turn on in tank and see if any crud comes out. Try and place a rag / towel so as to catch and see if there is crud.
Yea the real pain was more mental. I jacked it up, changed the tire with my spare let it down put tools away. Put soapy water on the wheel / tire in question. Felt real tired and stupid as it is hot here and it was only the valve stem core. If I could have kicked myself I would have and no body...
Glad to confused you oops I mean to help you. Also I see nothing wrong with the type of your air drier they just need serviced after so long. You might get a kit and service yours if it is not in bad shape inside like badly corroded. Been awhile but a member had some nice NOS air dries for sale...
