I have never blown a head gasket on any of my trucks...But then I do keep the R.P.M,s at around 2250 . And,I rarely pay heed to the speed'o.

My M35,s only get hot with the winter covers fitted.

I am saving them for when I need a 'snack' I still have biscuits (Hard tack) from when the HMS troopship Devonshire sank! Was refloated, the biscuits 'rescued!...and sold in HUGE sealed tins...Which I bought one of (Containing about 400 packs of biscuits...) ..They STILL taste delicious...

I had my GMC delivered fully rebuilt, but the brake seemed 'dodgy' I replace the seals in all the wheel cylinders, 12 on a GMC M135. Had the master cylinder A|ND brake booster overhauled Use dot 3 . cleaned and applied protection to all brake lines. I feel safe now. REMEMBER..on these trucks...

I brainstormed with you...lets say both the hydraulic heads were squirting just fine.. BUT....the ROTATION and exposure to the OUTLET ports is off..."squirts" (or tries to!) against a 'solid steel wall' before (or after) the apropriate hole!. to the correct line to an injector... Someone Must...

Godd luck with the transition. If you can..At some point, I could use some information (Manuals etc) for the OT65 G FUG. Deisel Engine timing and injection pump timing set up. Mine has 'slipped' on the driving spline to the injection pump.
