I had the aux fuel pump level switch hang up on me one time in my 802 and the aux pump just kept pumping. I was watching the refill and was able to stop the aux pump by switching S1 from "Aux Fuel" to "Prime and Run". I reached into the tank and moved the switch floats up and down which seemed...
I'm thinking consumables, so filters and fan belts for sure. Fuel pumps are a judgement call: kind of long lasting equipment but they do fail. Batteries? Thermostat? Or have 2 pages: page 1 "Consumables", page 2 "Other Items".
Additional study on the TMs will help you to better understand them. Below are parts of the OPERATION UNDER USUAL CONDITIONS section of TM 9-6115-641-10 Operators Manual. I have highlighted items that can cause start-up problems.
INITIAL ADJUSTMENTS, BEFORE USE AND SELF-TEST

A used electric stove works well for my 803 single phase 240vt. I suspect 3 phase will require another set of heating elements.... I don't do much with 3 phase..
I used a gasket and Permatex Indian Head Gasket Shellac when I change out mine.
Testing the gauge will require a sender to provide resistance as temperature changes if you use hot water. I would check the connections on the gauge first. TM might have some troubleshooting tips. Lots of good...
I think I was able to get an OEM thermostat on Ebay when I changed one out. My notes on Thermostat say....
Thermostat – Murray Ultra 15358 , Gasket – CST-2138 (2 Inventory)... Stant 45358, Gasket 25138. Gates 33008S, Gasket Gates 33624 these from cross ref chart.....ACDELCO 12TP1D, MOTORAD...

Is the hub missing, too? If so, you may need to trailer it home. TM here: https://www.steelsoldiers.com/threads/tms-for-trailers.77618/
You might want to provide a place for neighbors to plug in unless they all have their own generators.
I've got a manual set up and have a spider box/power distribution box in the circuit that I run to my house breaker box. The neighbors really appreciate the opportunity to keep their...
Look for an Airtex.......or whatever outfit bought them out. Someone mentioned that Airtex has been sold. I don't think the OEM one is available so you'll need some additional fittings. The fuel filter at each pump is an Airtex G17...
Aux pump is located on radiator side of machine behind fuel tank cover shown in '802 well nut removal' picture. Main fuel pump is accessible when you open the door on the oil filter/dip stick side of your machine. It will be located on door latch side, mounted to bulk head near radiator as...
Read Daybreak's post and pay particular attention to "Here is how it mounts after being put into the hole. "

When you pull the old one out it may look like this.......
You should be dropping 1.12 volts per that calculator: https://www.calculator.net/voltage-drop-calculator.html?material=copper&wiresize=0.8152&voltage=240&phase=ac&noofconductor=1&distance=50&distanceunit=feet&eres=45&x=52&y=19
I just punched in your wire gauge and 50 feet.
I'm closer to...
I lose approx 2 volts with my 803 but I'm using 4 conductor 6 SOOW. Your 4/4 will perform better. Adjusting for 2 volts has not yet hurt my generator.

From TM:
CAUTION
Do not crank engine in excess of 15 seconds. Allow starter to cool at least 15 seconds
between attempted starts. Failure to observe this caution could result in damage to the
starter.
Check the data plate.....I think it says 52 amps at 240 volts. This means 12,480 watts....call it 12.5 kw. Now the military needs to be able to push HVAC and other motorized systems so they derate the unit and call a 12.5kw generator a 10kw generator. The red mark on the percent load meter...
12.5 kw is what a MEP803 is good for with a resistive load. 80% derating gets you to the military rating of 10kw. You can run at 70% - 80% for 2 or 3 hours on the percent load meter to clean it up. I would not put a 15kw load on an 803 for very long.... 9kw should be sufficient.
