    best multi fuel engine

If you are referring to the different manufactures of the motor they are all the same, don't worry about who made it. If you can find an LDS get it! But other than that it's pretty much a personal preference of what turbo sound you like. I just noticed you aren't too far away-Welcome to the site!

    Mounting 11x20's

I was at another tire shop today and he laughed when I told him I read that baby powder is abrasive. He said "do you think you would put something abrasive on your baby's a$$?! He said it is the same stuff you just pay more when you go buy "tire talc". I got home and checked the ingredients for...

    Mounting 11x20's

That makes sense, yes it is feeble but makes more sense than some other things I have seen on the deuce. Thanks.

    Mounting 11x20's

The Pomps tire shop by my house told me to use baby powder, they usually know what they are talking about. I also got some tire lube from them, it brushes on like a gel, not the snot-like lube that gets everywhere that some places use. It keeps the tire from adhering to the rim over time and...

    Mounting 11x20's

I mount a ton of tires on deuce rims, everything from 9.00's to 395's and 14.00's. A couple things I will add is to use baby powder inside the tire to keep the tube from sticking anywhere to the inside of the tire. Also, I use a cement block inside my 5 gallon bucket for strength, after pounding...

    Looking for a M36...

I do have one on hand, pretty nice shape. It has a winch and good tires. I am just waiting on the title from the guy I bought it from. He bought it from GL and never titled it so he is going through the process. I will be listing it for $7000 once I get the title.

M923 Upgrade to the Single tires?

You don't use the thimbles that way, I just put the rim on first and use the thimbles to hold the tire/rim on, kind of like the way it holds the inner dual on in the stock form. Don't put the thimbles on first or you won't have the rim flush to the mounting surface.

M923 Upgrade to the Single tires?

You don't need to flip the hub, if you are using wheels/tires from an A1 or A2 truck then the rims can be run either way, dished in or out. One question I have is why can't you just run the thimble style lug nuts in the rear rather than buying 40 front style ones?

    2600mile recovery :)

There is a Cummins dealer in White Bear Lake, MN that is right on the way to my house. They need the motor serial number to look up a part. I would stop in there on your way. Here is their address: 1600 Buerkle Rd, White Bear Lake, MN 55110. (651)636-1000

    Transmission and sprag t case

Looks like your are new to the site so be ready for the search police. If you have a sprag t-case then you need that rod and arm, if you have an air shift case you can remove the arm but the rod stays. It tells the sprag t-case which way the truck is going in case it needs to kick in.
