Local metal shop. Just told them 1/4 and 45 3/4 circle. It was $350 out the door. The metal was $250 and the cutting was a $100 charge. It's aluminium. Most metal shops can do this.
Beautiful, that's what I needed to see. Thank you. I don't want the improvised belts. My front belts on my M1152 are old style and wanted to keep them the same for the back.
It will have a clean title as soon as the SF97 gets here. Usually about a month to 2 months. I had the vin inspected, so I just need Florida reassignment letter and sf-97. The only reason for a title is if someone wants the VIN plate.
Thanks! My shop is my irrigation business, and lucky...
Does anyone have a picture they can share of the rear seatbelts in a M1151 or M1167? I can't find the part number for the slantback seatbelt bracket. The sponsons are different than the 10 series.
The bottom is already unlatched. There is nothing that interconnects the two latches together. I'm going to try to spray them down with some lubricant.
Taking roof off is easy if you have forklift or at least another helper. This is on my M1167. The seal is glued to the windshield frame. Took me 40 mins to remove.
While your talking about removing it, has anyone came across good replacement insulation to replace it? I've found the part numbers for the 4 pieces and it looks like mac motors has them all in stock. but for about 400 bucks!
Started with my new project of M1152 to M1167. Pulled all bolts on B Pillars and 4 front roof retaining bolts and rear 4 retaining bolts. Was surprised how light the roof is!
Bought 2 gallons of Rapco and painted my D30 with a harbor freight purple gun. I'll be doing my slantback and roof with the same paint. Well worth the money! And the Rapco spray cans match up perfect for any touch ups!
