    To remove the cab. First take off the hood and fenders . It’s also easier if you remove the steering box. Either way the steering wheel has to come off. . Disconnect front wiring harness and a few airlines .Then remove 4 bolts holding it on and off she goes.

    The turns signal does ground through the Column . Not much help on your truck with a home made harness.

    I measured the long poles. The strange thing is one is 55.5 inches and the other is 55.75 inches. Measured each several times . I mix-remembered your request I will measure the part you actually requested .
