    You can remove the injector. Bring the cylinder to TDC. Snap the plug off and remove the end with some needle nose pliers .

    With cooler weather now it’s even worse. I have ok luck with sitting the cans is the sun for a while and letting it heat up that way . Also if planning to paint you can throw a few cans in a box in the bed of a truck or the trunk of of your car while driving during the week. Shakes it up...

    I have been rebuilding one for a while now. A hard to find truck. Most all originally were air force trucks. I have thread here on SS with the build. They have a double frame , made a little different than a M35. All are gas trucks. I have converted mine to a multi-fuel

    Go ahead and remove the steering box. It’s not a hard job. Get a pitman arm puller at the parts store maybe $20 . You will also need to remove the steering wheel as well. You can get a puller but I simply removed the nut and used a rubber mallet to pop it off. A few taps on the back side...

    All of that in pic 3 needs to come off. You can try a pressure washer to knock the loose paint off. Also one of those air needle guns or mini sand blaster.

    On a deuce the high and low lever and the pto lever will slide out of the bottom of the cab. It’s not a big job if you have something to lift it with.

    No. I would not do that. Just remove the steering box . You can also lift the cab over the steering coloumn if you have something that can lift that high
