Hello everyone, The question I have is how do you keep your cargo cover from rubbing up against the headache rack bolts thus creating holes in the cover? The bolt heads on the inside are of carriage style. While the other side is exposed bolt threads and nut.

I just tuned mine up not too long ago. I took them apart and cleaned and polished the copper diaphragms. There is an allen screw adjustment on the back to get them to sound off as loud as possible.

I usually cut the bottle down to reach the rest, then put a tin foil cover over the cut bottle with a hole in the middle for the brush.

The exhaust note is like music! Especially when you goose the throttle and it gives you that throaty growl!
