Hey there. I took my radiator to my local shop, and they boiled it soldiered the leaks and pressure tested it. All for $45. $48 after tax.
That was 3 years ago. Rad still good!
The wood on top is just poplar floor boards from the hay loft. I may cut them down and repurpose them on another project.
The large beams are birch and the neighbor up the road is going to use them in his barn.
I do have a video of me pulling it down on my iPhone but I can't seem to upload it.
I made mine from an exhaust clamp, a piece of flat stock, and 2 inexpensive gauge bezels. It's worked great for the past 3 years, never had to retighten.
