Got the brake cylinder replaced, brakes bled,bearings repacked, and wheels back on just to have another tire start leaking around the valve stem, luckily it was the outer so I was able to get it into the shop quick to get it fixed.
I was trying to get the horn working yesterday I pulled the button on the wheel and found that the wire had pulled out so I re soddred it on and it still did not sound, so then I just took the wire and directly grounded and still no sound, any ideas? I guess the problem must be on the other side...
Want to get out and do some more work but I just got my wisdom teeth pulled about 5 min ago they make you stay for 30 min afterwards , they say don't work to three days, don't thinks that's going to happen
Also working on fixing a leaky axle seal, looks like the cork plug broke out and gear oil washed out the grease from the bearings, also looks like the brake cylinder was leaking so I got a new one ordered.
Just got the truck on Saturday and drove it home, Runs and drives grate, just finishing up the paint on the cab interior, Tan on the dash and black BM rusty primer on the floor.
Im working on putting a big highway plow on mine as well, i've got the hoist and everything. For the hydraulics I was going to use 24v directional control valves you can get them cheap on ebay. Just need to start working on the mount.
Got some filters ordered at Napa going to change them this weekend if we get everything harvested tomorrow. Got a good deal on some RP 15w-40 see how good it works.
There are 2 diaphragms inner and outer only try replacing the outer, mine blew one, so I replaced the outer and it still leaks so it must be the inner, i'd try replacing the outer first its only 5 bucks vs the whole thing.2cents
I was able to install a PTO on my M923A1 with out removing anything but the dipstick tube on the tranny, I was some how able to do it my self but having another person to help would have made it go a lot faster. I also installed the rest of the hydraulic system including the controls, after...
I'm trying to get my T case on my 923A1 working, it will not shift once the truck has built up air pressure, it will shift sometimes when there is no air pressure. When I hit the button on the handle I can hear a click coming from the T case solenoid.

So would 1 1/2 quart antifreeze and 1/2 quart water in each tire work?
So tire slime will do the same thing that antifreeze does?

I was able to get it to work the first time. Probably going to change it again soon as well as the IP pump filter, just need to find the filter number for the IP pump filter.
