I've tested almost all brands and serires with the Camo tester...The KDS Smart start S3 did not after cycle plugs at full 24vdc
like all the rest...It slightly cycled at around 5 vdc.
Part of what goes bad in the OEM boxes...is the Timer for after glow...if it gets stuck on...glow until Blow...
I looked up the $33 pully...Its for an early surp 100 amp alternator......belt won't line up.
600634 is what you need...look it up at macmotors...$$$$$
Also...If fan has not been operated for long periods ...
The clutch material inside housing will get stuck to side wall do to rust....sometimes it takes a wack with something.
If you do wack it...make sure you DO Not wack the nose cone.
Then pressurize it to 90 psi.
The tach with round threaded connector wont work with the 60 amp system.
You would need a 100 or 200 amp dual volt system.
You can use a tach with buss bar on back, and use the tach drive you have on back of motor.
The tach should go up to 3500 rpm...the 3000 rpm one won't read right.
Look under driver side dash and look for a box like shown...It may be green with a white label,
or black with a yellow or green label, or black with a silver label.
The Torx bit is a special one...It has a 5 point star and hole rather than the normal 6 point star with hole like whats in most stores...I had ordered them on line years ago..
I have the harbor freight kit....It don't have the one you need.
Look up 5 point security torx.
