I am hitting the road block on a lot of stuff as far as I am 20 years to late for most things. I am looking for a good parts motor or even parts for the 331. if anyone has pulled engines out of there trucks fro motor conversion I would buy your old motor. if you have old stock parts I would be...
glad I could help. if you need any more info let me know. also reading up on your fuel tank. mine was rusty inside and needed repair. so what we did was cut the end off one end and inserted a aluminum tank inside ( long round tank) and then tacked the end of the old tank back on. you would...
I got a set of specs and mesurments and found that the hole is 30 thousands of an inch oversize. so I called Memphis Equipment and they said they that they would not honor any warentee on the part because it could have stretched from use and other worn out parts. but he did comment that yes we...

I was replacing the brake light swich and when I looked back I saw whats in the photo. I could push the bone back in place it did take some force by hand and a tap of a hammer but was way lose for a pressed fit. I am woundering if the bone is bad or the bushing is bad. so I need to know what the...
I had a brand newtorque rod come apart. The bushing just pulled out of the bone. The metalsleeve and rubber just pushed out it was a lose fit. Is there a set of measurementsfor the bone? I would hate to buy a new one if I don’t have to. I have a fullset of inside micrometers so I can measure it...

Very slow the engine runs great sounds awsome. Sits about 500 rpm but when I drive I am at 2900 rpm and the truck is only at 45 mph on the flats and just will not go any faster.
I am interested in knowing how the gas powered deuces run. I have a good running truck that the engine seems in good shape runs strong but the truck just does not move and I want to see how others run and do driving speed and gas mileage..
