    Correct, will not run without mpu connected. Mpu controls fuel actuator did you check fuse by voltage regulator? Do not bypass fuse even for testing only.

    Did you check magnetic pickup? Have you tried bumping the start switch again after the engine is running? Also called modified start sequence.

    The rim offset for the dual is too much to go from singles to duals. Duals to singles is no problem. The dual wheel rubs on the springs before you get the thimble on.

    Yes, that is the only tm, did you attempt to clean and adjust? Adjustment is on page 0028 00-5 just dont forget its bypassed, if its only you operating it, i have no issues running it bypassed

    It does look rubbed, i would get another for sure, but that one may still be serviceable. Did you test it before removing?

    Print off that pdf, and take to him. To troubleshoot the fuel actuator, also have him test the magnetic pickup before yall spend a bunch of time doing some other troubleshooting

    If you by accident bypass that switch, make darn sure the box is sealed up as much as possible other than minimal open doors for inspection

    You will need to pull injector and go fishing, If you change 1, change 8. So it doesnt matter if you over volt the 7 dont thread The broken head in to move, maybe you can blow the broken part out
