Test 8012: The heart of camper end of the truck today. I’m back feeding the original panel through the Anderson plug and currently feeding the DC to DC charger with the original wire from the 24v bus. With the engine idling I’m getting 24-25 amps charging and seeing 1.09 amp discharge without...

    M1028 6.5 supercharged/4L80e project and questions

Curious to hear the details! I have played with the idea of using a roots style supercharger mounted remotely but ran into an information roadblock with the local distributor. However there are a couple distributor of the Rotrex not that far from me. I like the planetary drive over the direct...

    M1028 6.5 supercharged/4L80e project and questions

Curious if you know what model of the C30 they are using as well as the pulley size? Also what type of boost they are expecting with the pulley size they've installed.

No, they are 3/8, 5/16, and 1/4'. Somewhere there is a thread with approximate lengths but I can't find it. If you bought 3' of each you should have extra for spares if I remember correctly, so not a big expense. I found this finally: Fuel Lines If you're replacing rubber lines, don't forget...

    Fuel issues

Some thoughts.... It doesn't sound like you hooked up the drain line properly to feed the fuel system. You would need to run a hose from the drain line on the drivers side to metal line on the passenger side (bottom metal line on the left in second pic) which is under a cover and then bleed the...

Some more progress on the battery box. Finished off with waterlox and started assembling it again. Use some foam tape to make the cells tight together and the threaded rod for some compression. Well the pretty blue light means we have a Bluetooth connection to the bms! We’re seeing all the...

Yes you have to remove a little of the plate to get a socket on that bolt. If you have a die grinder with a whiz wheel it can be done quickly. I believe it is unique to the M1010 only. I had to do it on both sides as I replaced the original tank and added one on the passenger side.

Trying to keep busy with things! I’ve chased a few issues that turned out to be minimal luckily! Currently doing the waterlox thing but I’ll have to wait on finish coats because I’m almost out. But there is some great grains coming out with the finishing. 🇺🇸🇺🇸🥓🥓🥃🥃 #m1010

Making puzzle pieces 🧩 since it warmed up 😆. Finally opened up the bed roll to see what it looks like... instructions say 72 hours for it to regain full shape so it’s going back inside where it’s warmer. Looks like it could be comfy... 🤔. Maybe a New Years hangout... 🧨 💥 🇺🇸🇺🇸🥓🥓🥃🥃 #m1010
