Some prefer the A C Delco 13G while some like the A C Delco 60G. The 13G's are original and the 60G's will require changing the wire connector to 1/4" female.

Looks like it was 30-2402 and 30-2403. $16.95 ea. with the clips. Not a heavy as the originals but seem ok. I waited a month for them from USA1 to finally call and have them tell me they 'might' be another month. LMC got them out pretty quick.

Certainly sorry to hear about your issues but glad you are getting to the bottom of it! I'll have to check the rod that came in my kit out of curiosity. The 6.2 flywheel is a beast for sure, I keep meaning to weigh it...
Curious about the issues your having as I'm a few steps behind. I went with a Luk 04-902 clutch kit and the Luk FW201. I can take some measurement to compare if needed.
I'm wondering if you could add spacers on the bolts between the slave and the AA adapter to get more room on the adjustment...

I found a hydroboost set for $180 that have some wear on the pin. I'll either weld it up or replace the pin. I'll have to see how tight the bushings are when they get here...
I ordered it off Ebay, I had searched and hadn't found anything bad about it. I found some info on other ones that had some issue a while back but seemed to be limited to the Dodge adapters. Or, maybe I just ended up with a paper weight...
