There is (or was) a guy on eBay who was selling the back up light kits from the soft top ambulance version. I also know you can get the lights from Mac Motors, although I am unsure about the rest of the stuff.
There was another thread where a poster (BULLDOGGER from VA?) was looking for a transmission or considering having his rebuilt. You may want to review that thread. I suggested he contact Eastern Surplus in PA to see what they have for take out transmissions. I don't recall his response...
The hard part to find are the rear doors. TNJ Murray in DE recently had a complete take-off ambulance body with the doors for sale. I forget what he was asking. I would reach out to John.
I am looking for late model HEMTT parts. I am aware of the usual salvage places such as Rancher's Supply, Red River Truck Parts, SECO, etc. I looked through a few pages of threads, but I did not see any other threads like this...I am interested in finding out if anyone can suggest salvage...

Have you considered a take-out transmission? Try Eastern Surplus. I don't know their warranty policy, but I would assume they would guarantee to sell you a working transmission.
Does anyone have access to NSNs/part numbers for an A4 HEMTT? Among other things, I am looking for the rearmost (#4) axle. I need a few other things, but that is the biggest item. Please advise.
Thanks!
I would agree with the others that it could be a glow plug issue. The truck should start without a block heater under those conditions. I recently started my HMMWV and it was only a few degrees warmer (about 25) and it fired right up. It sounded a bit more diesel-y for about 20-30 seconds...
