Why not get the STE-ICE equipment? The system is selling quite cheaply on govplanet these days, some have sold for under $100. It's useful to have.

Finally got around to putting in the Trucklites I bought 3 months ago. The difference is pretty noticeable, here is HMMWV with the passenger side replaced and the driver side still incandescent:

Jay is your truck an M1165 or M1165A1? Is the serial number over 300,000? It makes for a number of mechanical differences vs. the slightly older M1165.
