    If you need the glow plugs for cold starting you'd need to modify their wiring to get 12v to each heater element.

    Another gotcha on the 803. You'll need 24 volts for the fuel solenoid to retract to allow the engine to start.

    That's the main circuit breaker, CB 201, by the batteries and starting solenoid. What about CB 7 in the Relay Panel RP201? Reset? Missing?

    Did it work previously for you? Are the batteries charged? Is the main circuit breaker ON by the batteries? Circuit Breaker #7 in the Relay Panel RP201 powers the "control box" DCS". Is it tripped or missing?

    In general motor driven items draw about 4X the nameplate current at startup until they get up to speed. That high startup current is what's tripping the 831.

    I tested the diodes on both of my diode boards with my Fluke. *All diodes measured about .45V and infinity (after the caps charged from my meter) * Actually I found one of my diodes shorted.

    Not fixing it. It's one of several dead inverters I have laying around here. I use it for pictures only. The charring is from a trace that vaporized. It was the Load signal from the inverter going to the Governor Controller module. IC's are ON Semiconductor.
