Has anyone put a big warn in between the frame rails instead of the garwood?. I have a 18k warn that I picked up and I'd rather just buy the frame rail extensions then a complete kit. Any ideas on how hard it would be to do ?
If I could get my hands on a hemmt Id give it a try. Locking up on ice isn't a big issue as long As you have lots of weight on what's a hemmt usually go for ?
I usually just hook my pickup to my truck let all the battery's charge for 20 min and then crank her over. Making sure to disconnect the jumper cables as soon as the truck starts
all it's really gonna be is a air hose times 6. We do the same setup with the mud trucks. It's just so I don't have to get out and air down each tire one at a time
Not sure if anyone has tried this yet. But I plan on building CTIS system for both my 813 and the 923a2 I'm gettin here in a month or so. I'm gonna rig up 6 airline's that will go to each wheel. These lines will not be attached well driving of course. Haven't figured out if I wanna stow them in...
P7100 pump and yes it's a really good engine for power. We have several at work as water trucks one is cranked way up and doesn't burn much fuel. One of the none cranked up ones will burn 80 gallons a day doing nothing. Most of the stuff you can do to the 5.9 can be done to the 8.3
Can this be done ? I'm kinda iffy about driving 2600 miles on tires that might have been flat at some point. Would I be able to just bolt them right on or would I need to move around some Ctis lines ?
Did you try a big hammer or a cutting torch ? They usually get stuff unstuck. Not sure how these tools will work in the warmer climate tho so proceed with caution
