Oh, wow! Ok, is there a upgrade you recommend for hoses or just get the same thing from one of these equipment places? I'm going to take care of that now that I know that it's still not up to Snuff.

If I had that problem I would definitely chase down all my air leaks! As it is now if I park the truck in the late afternoon early evening I'll have about 30 PSI when I check it around mid-morning or so. I know that doesn't sound pretty technical but it seems pretty good to me considering it...

Thanks guys. I think the recommended interval is once a year so I'll either just rebuild it once a year or maybe push it to once every other year since I don't drive my truck a ton.

I rebuilt mine on my 931 A1 and everything works great, is there a reason that you guys swap them out is it just cause it's cheaper or is there something wrong with the old one?

I fired it up and used it on Culvert clearing Duty with the fire hose and pump. I also picked up a set of troop seats finally although I still need the little side boards in the headache rack. I have more work to do with it and I'm debating whether I should remove the tank for the military...

Interesting I just checked mine the other day and they all passed the test, by flexing them and they returned. Just curious how difficult it was to remove as I was talking to a guy just the other day and he made it sound like they were super difficult and that was on a deuce and a half.

Thanks as always for having good thoughtful easy to understand answers and not just throwing out RTFM! I know sometimes folks read the manual and still have questions that's why we ask those more knowledgeable.

I've seen them pop up on Craigslist a few times, there was a guy in Hayward trying to sell some about a month ago.
