So I ended up buying the truck w/dropside bed. Turns out there's alot that wasn't original. Cut down deuce bed, 35s, 4spd manual, carpet, buckets & center console outa a blazer.... But who ever did it did a great job. It's all neat & factory looking. The truck runs & drives good, good tires...

Have yall ever seen this bed on a surplus chevy? I've looked all over & cant found another one online. I'm looking at buying this truck. Replacing the MC really isn't hard at all. Theres 1 bolt thats a little bit of a pain. The biggest thing is not rounding off the lines. Just use a good line wrench or Snap-On flank drive wrench. Honestly, I have better luck w/the Snap-Ons myself.

Got the Raybestos WC4419 from Summit today. They are Chinese but have correct springs & pistons. Everything looks good but the copper washers, they were beat all to ****.
