Welcome to Steel Soldiers, and good luck with your new truck! We would love to see some photos, when you get a chance to post some. All of my lighting issues were solved by replacing bulbs. If none of your lights work, I would suspect the 3 way switch is either set wrong, or possibly has loose...
I hadn't even thought about this benefit of being a paid member. Seems worth the price for blocking ads alone. I see offensive advertising everywhere. On TV, youtube, even on the radio. It's easy for me to ignore ads in general, but as others mentioned, kids absorb everything. It means we as...
Welcome to the site! I haven't dealt with that problem yet myself. But I see that others are already pointing you in the right direction. Just a heads up, there is a steering box for the M35A2 listed in the "parts for sale" section of the classifieds. Good luck, hope you get it resolved soon.

I'm not a painter, but I'm assuming that the issue is, 1 the flex will cause paint to crack and flake. And 2 the type of metal won't allow adhesion. If it were me, I would try either a bed liner, or a long shrink sleeve. Just sharing ideas.
In case you need it, here is a good write up on how to install it. Takes a small amount of fabrication. I followed these instructions, it was quick and easy and it works great.

I actually just looked in my search history and found it. If you google "Delco 21si alternator", it brings up a list of different makers. I bought my on Amazon, made by East Lake Marine Electric. They list one for $119 that I believe is the same one I have. I will double check this evening.
