Sorry, can you explain this further. On a 803A, If I'm pulling 52 amps resistive load at 220v. I'm at 100 % Load and showing 100% on meter . Right?. Thanks Larry
My 803 as been flawless since Kloppk and you helped me with the stator last year.
My 803a has the heater ( standard on "Canadianized " designation...) and I make good use of it during cold season. Will be nice to have a spare :).
As I take the 802 apart , is the bolt on fan/ water pump...
Acquired the 802 from gov auction marked as " nonfunctional- sold for scrap". Intent is to strip for spares all parts compatible with my 803a. Obvious sign of rodents infestation and although hard to see in pic, Clear that rodents chewed through fuel line to main pump causing leak and minor fire.
Lost power at 02:00 this AM . -44°C wind chill ( celcius and Fahrenheit converge at -40 ). Pre- heated the 803 for 20 min. using the artic Heather. Has been running flawlessly 😀.

803 test at 57.5 for 30 min...
Ray70. You were right on , I followed the step you outlined and discovered that the fuel solenoid linkage was binding Slightly on the nut holding it to the governor lever ( wich could explain why randomly the 803 was not taking full load) . Loosened it by a few turn and ran a few test. -...
Dieseladdict, as per attached pics and video, using various combination of heater in the shop ( resistive load)I can load from 39A to 46A to 54A without bogging downd. If I try going from 39 to 52 with single load it bog down .
