That is perfectly fine, I can wait until the very end of the build to "tune the suspension" to the truck. No need to break my back until everything else is done.
LMAO It was small text even for me and I'm only about 10yrs younger than you lol
That is fine, that would actually be desirable...
Simp, Red, do or would those ride harsher than the springs I have? If they do then I may wait until after I get done building the RV part and have it mounted to the truck, at least to weigh it. Then I can get a better idea of my spring needs. Thanks for the info on the wrecker springs, that...
You shoulda been here when I first tried to pull out a stump with the truck, ended up breaking three chains. Finally gave up and bought some 1/2" loggers chains before I ran out of chains to break lol
Love my Harley as much as I do my truck, the bike needs a new paint job since it's got a dent...
I haven't uploaded anything to my channel in years, forgot I had posted a video after I changed out my pipes on the Harley right after I bought it.

Ill have to take a pic of it tomorrow since I don't have any with the most recent work done to it.
Lol I'd have to admit that I would laugh my ass off if you pulled up and revved it.
Here's my work horse and part of what I did today.

No offense taken, to each his own. I put mine in the back because my sides don't drop and I wanted to be able to lift the tire (at least) into the bed (no tire davit on my truck). If I had put it up front the tire would most likely not clear the sides. I will almost never extend the boom unless...
BTW, I spent all total just under $15k for mine, but that's including the last minute flight ($1k), the UHual, and all the fuel money. Would I do it all over again? HELS YEAH! I would just inspect a little closer, and try to jew the fella down a bit if I could.
I've been to the land of the maple leaf, but that was many many many years ago and I barely remember it so I won't count it lol, I would love to make the trip up there though just to check it out. No joke about takin all my stuff, maybe gas money lol but not my other stuff lol
My truck works in...
I will most likely pull the top off if I'm worried about theft, but it will likely stay "stowed" as long as it's done losin parts n pieces down the road. Might make do with some angle iron if I can find some to spare.
I did a check, before I got distracted...***SQUIRREL!!*** (got to pullin stumps)
Had my brother yank it back and forth while I felt on each joint in the steering 'system'. The first one I checked was bad, fortunately it's the only one. Of course it's also the one on that side, but it's from the...
I could use a paint marker yes, but then I'd have to keep acetone around too so I could clean it off.......
hmmm....
midway through writing that last statement I think I figured out something that would work, all because of the acetone. I could use some girls fingernail polish in the green...
Ain't that the truth!! I rarely leave there spending less than $300-$400
Not it sure how heavy that stump was, but it is obvious that I'll have to put some plate steel underneath the base mount for the crane since it leans a good bit. Last time I tried pulling stump out with the truck I broke...
Beyond the engine, wheels, and CTIS there are only minor differences between the A2 and the A0/A1, nothing of significance really.
Big tires lol my kinda gal!
Yes, the 6CTA8.3 is 504CID, while the NHC250 (rarely the NTC250) is the monster 855CID. The NHC was primarily naturally aspirated...
Lol I suppose they could, I just never think about it. I usually make one or two trips into town every month and plan accordingly. Of course that usually means I'm broke AF 95% of the month lol but since I don't go nowhere it's fine.
Holy crap! He's alive!! Lol j/k
These are the Badyear 1400 XLs
I suppose I can check that right quick, I guess it could be from excessive toe-in as well, but with it being uneven wear across the tire I immediately thought tie rods.
