My aftermarket LED headlights did fit; I guess there is individual differences. Where do they hit? The ceramic (?) wire passthroughs at the back of the bucket?
12 point head connecting rod bolts for White 2-155 tractors were what I used.

Here is another...
The LDS-465-2 is a higher rpm version that is rated for up to 2850 rpm under full load and 3100 rpm no load.
LDS-465-2: 195 HP @ 2800 RPM 425 LbFt @ 2000 RPM
Others may chime in but I think it exists in small numbers only and was found in 8x8 vehicles.
I am sure that engine can make a Deuce...
@montaillou I think your idea is interesting and I also do not think it addresses the real weak spot of single circuit air assisted hydraulic brakes. The brakes work fine without air pressure (albeit not as effectively). There is a mechanical connection between the pedal and the hydraulic...
They are simply a result of standardizing the axles so that there is not a different differential chunk, depending on which position the axle is in. All three axles use identical centre differential parts (and that includes the top loader flanges, although they are really only needed on the rear...
Nitpicking, I know, but did the fuel shutoff plunger that connects the cable outside and the lever inside of the IP also move freely? That bugger can rust and stick as well.

In case you do not get fuel at the injectors, check the fuel delivery from the tank forward.
- get a cheap pressure gauge that screws into a 1/8 in NPT port. There is a square plug on top of the tank where the fuel pump sits. You can put the gauge in place of that plug. With the accessory...
The engine will fire on ether because ether replaces fuel and you already have air and compression.
No, it cannot be electrical. The multifuel needs fuel, air and compression to start. Your issue is "no fuel".
Next check....loosen one of the injection lines at an injector and wrap a paper...
It's not only about a working switch, it's also about eliminating a failure point for the single circuit brake system. The brake switch that is plumbed into the hydraulic part is a bad idea. The switch can fracture and that leads to total brake failure. The military recognized that and upgraded...
Agreed...aftermarket but looks well built and tastefully done. Not a hack job. Like the wheel well cutouts. Very nice looking.

Also, after prolonged sitting with the fuel shutoff pulled, the shutoff in the injection pump can stick.
Verified by opening the square cover on the IP. Shutoff lever should point to 7 o clock position when released. If not, spray the heck out of it with wd40, move back and forth until free and...
Could not agree more. Maybe your fan shroud is bent or the top rad brace leans the rad too far inwards, or...
I believe the original design allows for an easy-ish belt change (save the compressor pulley complication).

My experience is with my LDT and LDS. After about a week of running after the rebuild I was surprised when I checked with the torque wrench how "loose" the head bolt nuts had become and, new gasket or not, I did a retorque. Personally I think it needs to be done.

Yes, you should be able to change the belts without pulling the rad. That said, as @92ramaro said, leaning the rad forward makes a bit more space for the procedure.
In a w/w truck, the rad cannot lean forward very much; you may need to remove the grille and also pay particular attention to...
You are missing the fact that, while the air operated dash switch causes the transfer case to disengage the front driveline, the front wheels during regular driving will still turn the front axle shafts, front diff and front driveshaft. This is because the front wheel hubs are permanently...
Careful! You do that once, she expects it every time! Moderate the expectations!
But...a fellow could level that front bumper because it makes ME twitch......OCD....OCD......
