I have towed a Deuce a number of time and have never tied the steering wheel. Works ok on pavement, but not so good on soft dirt.
Air the front tires up to max psi. Watch front tires in a turn.
I have used Rapco paint and it is ok but it takes a long time to get hard. Easy to spray use 4 parts paint to one Xylene. I would do two to three coats of paint and a coat of primer. Each coat 12- 24 hrs apart.
I have had my motor worked on two times, I have worked on it and it still leaks, I think that is just what the do. I just keep a pan under it.
I wrecker is just going to have leaks.
