OK guys sorry for the delayed updated. Work is going slowly so far I've replaced the missing parts on the glow plug system I will start this after I do a few more checks.. Also replaced all the glow plugs with AC delco 60G's.

It's been a few months since I won it back in December had to wait for the EUC paper work to clear.. well it cleared a week ago so I went to go pick it up today...
LOL I'm having the same issue but I can't find a new cable tried adjusting it but no go. anyone know a source for one? tried searching the parts and NSN numbers that didn't turn up much.
Could be the split rim O ring ... or the little rubber o ring on the ctis Valve where it connects to the hub.. take it apart put new rubber o rings in and see what happens. In the mean time to prevent damage to the tire put a jack stand under the axle to help hold the truck up.

I've serviced mine when I did the fluid and filter change.... just a small 1-1/2 inch long screen tube looking thing removed the nut cap and pull it out and replace all done.
