I have an 86 Chevy M1008 look a like (sort of) 4WD, 6.2, 4:56 gears and I love driving it. No swap came from the factory with SM465. Did it wake up the truck over the automatic, don't think so but after reading this post I am going to try granny gear with transfer case in low range LOL.

Just installed a Pensacola PMD on my civiy 6.5. So far good to go.
