It's common EU overrun brake, its activates the handbrakes when the car slows down.
No the Nato towbar is not allowed here for civil vehicles, although they are way better, it can even tow a tank.

I still can't find the SIN numbers on my handbrake cable, wheel bearing and the rubber plate above the suspension (the both are missing).
Does someone maybe know these numbers?

I searched over and over but still couldn't find them (not findable/unreadable). I assume, like my axis is, all parts are original.
