I rewired 8 control boxes using Tobash diagrams--Took a little time and now all boxes work--Great work Tobash

I have 3 Humvees to be shipped from Gov Planeet yard in Chambersberg Pa to Jackson NJ--208 miles--Does any body have any truckers they had good luck with--Thanks George--732-581-9058--Humvees are ready to be picked up as of 8/29/24

I ended up using bulb type rear lights and leds in the front worked--

I could not figure it out--tried everything--also happened on other humvees I have--Ended up using leds in front and bulbs in rear and that worked-----I just got some more humvees to play with so will try leds again--If I get them to work I will post what I find

I have the exact same problem on three humvees----Tried everything you did and spent hours--Had to get rid of the rear leds and went back to standard rear lights--Good Luck

I had a few of them--I remove the injector and I remember i could see the tip --put the needle nose on the tip and poke it free --I think i used a skinny Philips head screw driver and knocked the tip through the glow plug hole with soft blows with a hammer--no mystery--

I pulled the injector and I think the tip was sitting on top of the piston--I used a harbor freight borescope to see in there--I used long,thin needle pliers to pull it out--Had another tip that broke off in the and got it out same way--injectors come out easy

Thanks simp. The valve i am working is the valve in front of the t cass with the arm on it. Do u have info on that one. George

I have a M923 that has a big air leak at the air valve on the front of the transfer case that engages the front axel --when I try to engage the front axel it just leaks and the axel does not engage--I can not locate any of these for sale--What is the name for this valve and who might have these...

I did take pictures along the way and marked the injector lines--easy to get lost--I used steam pipe thread sealer on the intake bolts--bought the stuff from home depot--The sealer worked great and the bolts went back in smooth--With the pump removed you can clean and paint the valley---

I use Diesel Care on ebay--pumps came back looking like new and worked--Super cheap--around $300---job was 2 hours off--3 hours on--I work slow
