Also check the U-joints in the steering shaft, check for play in the drag links, while checking things, make SURE the axle U-bolts are tight and that the spring leaves are not moving on them selfs because of a broke center pin, ALL the above WILL cause loose steering.
To check for a bad injector, loosen a injector line, if the miss gets worse, retighten the line, go to the next line, keep doing this till the miss does not change much, this is the bad injector, also if the injector is bad, change ALL 6

Flight line trucks were often painted yellow, my 819 was yellow at one time, somewhere in the middle of ALL the layer of paint there is a yellow layer.

The second hoist winch is not the issue, what to do with the second cable is, if the wrecker is using a 3 part block rigging then there is NO sheaves for the cable to run over at the boom tip, so another tip needs to be added. as far as hard to manage loads, proper rigging will take care of...
