RE: RALLY FOR N.J.???? TRI STATE AREA?
as far as a woods ride, we can set it up according to how many people and how far away they are coming from. if someone is driving in from far they may or may not want to do a hundred mile rough terrain ride and then have to drive home.
as far as...
thats a nice idea too for summertime. i like ridin in my truck without the top but having only a hard top makes it a real pain when you hear a rain storm is comin. blue tarps are stupid. imma have to get me one of them atv covers, im glad i never got rid of my canvas top frame now
now that i know the price of them if there was more than one i would surely buy more and share the deal. the guy is in my area and has one that he says is NOS, im going to get ahold of him tomorrow and set up a time to go pick it up
i wouldnt doubt that in the near future somebody starts to make solid boots for the 5 ton axles. im friends with alot of wheelin pople in florida and the new thing thats gaining popularity down there is the use of 5 ton axles in the mud trucks
RE: Re: low air buzzer question
i think the reason it was unhooked was because the previous owner used to use the truck mainly as a party wagon/recovery vehicle 3 times a year. back in the day alot of people used to all head to the same spot in the jersey pines on holiday weekends in the summer...
i fixed my low air buzzer todayby plugging the wire back into it  5 years and i have never had it working and thats all that was wrong with it. what pressure is this buzzer supposed to shut off at?? mine stays on until it hits 60 psi. this is prolly why the previous owner unplugged it...
you think $311 is bad, i had a friend use a bolt once and he didnt break the bull gear, but rather the u joint broke at the winch end and the shaft started flailing around and managed to take out his radiator. water was coming out faster than you could fill it
i would imagine he would take offers for whatever. he owns a welding/heavy cutting business. he scraps alot, so he gets top dollar with the yards he goes and cuts at. he estimates a really nice price for the truck. due to his connections he will get about $1900 for the truck in scrap, so make...
a friend of mine is very impatient. he has a deuce that he wants to get rid of. its supposedly needs some cosmetic work and there is a problem with it getting fuel. he was going to chop it and do a singl rear conversion but he isnt internet savy and doesnt know where to find things , mainly the...
for the lights you can run 12v lights on 24v system if you wire them in series. i have spotlights hooked up on the back of my truck in series for reverse lights wired like that. they work nicely
i got a whole trash can from a friend of mine the other day that was full to the top of old un opened bottles of type F atf in it. i fit about 13 gallons of it in my truck with about 5 gallons of diesel/gas mix and my truck freakin loves it. i cant wait to put the rest of it in there. i might...
RE: Re: RE: Re: RE: NP 200 T case.
i dont like the 200 cases for mud trucks. your better off buying an scs or a deuce case airshift case cause your going to buy one in the long run. i snapped off an output for a 200 and spent 4 months finding another one. i dont have much power in my truck and...
RE: Re: RE: Re: slightly sticking brakes
well, i shot the air pack up with some marvel mystery oil today. since the brakes seemed to work with the service side open in the back, i worked it in for a bit with the valve open in my yard. i closed the valve and the brakes were still was sticking. i...
nice truck, looks like it was a transport for war criminals or somthing  . anybody know the story on the cage?? i never have seen one of them before
technically yes, you can also remove the axles and front drive caps instead of the shafts. im lazy and can get parts cheap from a friend so i usually just drop the t case in neutral and go with it. if i blow a trans and case im not to worried
