    So I’m working on installing my airlift bumper. Does anyone know off hand what size and thread bolt needed to mount the plate for the trailer plug. There are rivnuts installed in the bumper but nothing I have fits.

    I’m in Toledo and there are quite a few dedicated battery shops here. Interstate, Battery Wholesale just to name a few. I think it’s the winter cold here. It hell on battery’s. 😀

    Most battery shops can make a cable on the spot. They usually have the loop ends and wire in stock. And they have the swedge tool for a sure connection. I used a 16” oo cable with 3/8” ends. Cost like $9 and took about 15 minutes to make it and pay for it.

    I used a switch from a heavy equipment. It has the little post on the side so it won’t spin the unit when operating it.

    So I added a remote battery switch. Went through the battery box and switch is in the rear passenger foot well.

    As for the tire there is zero chance of it coming loose unless I rolled. I drive a tractor trailer and secure loads every day.     Sorry about the auto spell. First I cut down the crew seats to fit my 4 man unit. I modified the cargo divider from 2 to 4 man version. Also should say seat back cover.

I modified a two man carving divider to the four man version. I installed BMI molle strap cheat covers. And now I’m building a radio system...
