With the sound change on the buzzer and the volt meter droping to the red when the start button is push and the smoke. I'd look for a short in the wires from start switch to the starter relay.
I think that 20amp fuse is a bit too big. I think its more like a 5amp slow blow fuse. Look at the pump it say 4.5amp max. You want a fuse to blow not the pump.
I'm going to assume the air compressor is build back up then dropping as you drive? Or is dropping all the way down? If compressor is build back up driving but you only show a loss driving. But not parked with the brake on , check your spring brake pots for a leak. They have pressure when moving...
Yes, that is a deuce under all that. If you do take it apart I could use some parts off it. BUT , as complete as that is you mite be better off selling it or trading it.
I've got 3 truck that I drive a lot. 2 with NDT's and one has Michlin 12.50 XL's. All 3 handle just fine. The one with the XL's had a blowout had it still handled just fine , pull off to the side with little problem.
I've got there brake line flaring tool it's great. It seems if you put stuff in your shopping cart and take them out and back in and leave them there , you will start to see sale ads for the same thing popup.
Looks like 80 5/8" empty and 94 15/16" loaded back from the center of the front axle. 37 3/4" empty and 48" loaded from the ground. This is for a M35A2 W/W. But this for a straight PTO winch not a hydraulic.
Not sure of the size of that but USPS has a 23-11/16"x11-3/4"x3" flat rate box for $20.00. Not sure if that would fit or not.
Just another thought if you could make it fit both the 2-1/2 ton and 5 ton.
Just some thought. It looks like a big help.
Also if you let it roll fwd in rev or rev in fwd gear , this can jam up the sprag. There are good thread about that , that can explain it a whole lot better than me. And having a VFD back ground I can tell you that rarely used is not a good thing."But that just my $0.02".
